No problem, we can still assist you. The only conditions are that you are registered as a jobseeker with Actiris and live in the Brussels Capital Region.
How can we help you?
Personal assistance
We prepare your application with you and help you with the administrative procedures, in the Flemish, French and German-speaking communities.
We advise you in Dutch, French, English, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese or Italian or ask for an interpreter if needed.
Walk-in service at the Beroepenpunt
You can find us every Friday morning from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm at the Beroepenpunt (Sterrenkundelaan 14, 1210 Sint-Joost-ten-Node, metro stop Madou).
No need to make an appointment!

- Thursday 1st October from 10 am till 12.30 pm in English (online session)
- Thursday 5th November from 2 pm till 4.30 pm in French (face-to-face session)
- Thursday 3rd December from 10 am till 12.30 pm in French (online session)
